Exchanges & Returns
Venera, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Size Exchange
• Size exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once the item has been received and inspected, the requested size will be shipped, subject to availability.
Exchange for Another Item
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The purchase amount will be issued as store credit, valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
• Return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Store credit may be used toward any item available on the Venera website.
Returns
• Orders placed through our website may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Once the returned item has been received and approved through our quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sized pieces cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled, except where required by applicable law.
Warranty
• All Venera pieces are covered by a 4-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, impact, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, or the natural oxidation of the material.
General Conditions
• To request an exchange or return, please contact us at comercial@veneracc.com.br or via WhatsApp. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request.
• Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.
• Items showing signs of wear, missing their original packaging, lacking proof of purchase, or returned outside the timeframes outlined above will not be accepted.
• Size exchanges and exchanges based on personal preference are offered as a courtesy by Venera and are subject to the conditions described in this policy.
